This sounds like a trick I remember from the '50s and '60s where researchers would declare some obvious bit of nonsense to be "what people call common sense", then disprove it, presumably showing how far above us common folk they were.
Some older folk sleep well. Some sleep badly sometimes. Others sleep badly frequently, and are quite well aware of it. Could we please research something that is not so blindingly obvious?
